Probably the most exciting and rewarding project I’ve worked on at the Division of Continuing Studies is the Professional Development for Online Instructors project.  Below, I’ve linked to a presentation (created using Articulate Presenter) in which  I outline the story of how this project came to be, and how it was conceputalized and delivered.  The content of the workshop itself would be a separate story.  I have chosen to tell the story of the conceptualization and next steps because of the particular audience and situation we are dealing with at Continuing Studies, which presents some pretty specific instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement challenges.
